  Accepting NEW APPLICATIONS DURING 2021 PLEASE READ PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS.

On June 15, 2012 President Barack Obama signed into Law a version of the "Dream Act" to benefit thousands of students who have lived illegally in the United States since they were brought here by their parents when they were minors. 

The main purpose of the Law is to stop deportation of these students to their countries of origin and to legalize tem so that they can live in this country without fear and accomplish all of their dreams.

  The main purpose of this website is to give you updated information regarding the new Law, its implementation, requirements to fulfill and professional recommendations to prepare for taking full advantage of this monumental opportunity.

DEFERRED ACTION FIRST TIME AND RENEWAL

As of December 7, 2020, Deferred Action First time Applications and Renewal of Work Permits are being accepted, please make sure you renew at least 5 months before the expiration date shown on your document.

Please bring your work permit, social security card, driver's license or california i.d. card,  also bring proof that you have lived in the United States for the past 2 years, this would include: school records, diplomas, paycheck stubs, income taxes, bank statements, utility or phone bills, etc.



FIRST TIME APPLICATION: Immigration Fees $520.00  + $85 *

Paperwork  $300.00


RENEWAL COST:    Immigration Fees  $520.00 + $85.00 *   

Paperwork  $200.00
